My Conversation with Governor Wes Moore

Between a chaotic national tariff strategy and a war overseas, prices just keep going up. Gas is now over $4 a gallon nationally. Inflation rose to its highest level in almost two years. And consumer sentiment just hit an all-time low.

As governors, we can’t fix everything coming out of Washington, D.C. (no matter how much we want to). But there’s still a lot we can do to give families a break right now—from protecting health care coverage to saving retiree pensions to making sure every kid gets free breakfast and lunch at school.

I sat down with my friend and colleague Governor Wes Moore to talk about rising costs and why electing Democratic governors this year has never mattered more. Watch our full conversation above.
